The Seaway Mindful Stress Reduction Toolkit

Based on the proven principles of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and 7 years spent expanding the program to better suit hyper-stressed professionals, the Seaway program includes simple, practical elements of:

  • Meditation (sitting, walking and reclining)
  • Awareness and perception exercises
  • Breathing exercises
  • Movement and balance exercises
  • Nutrition
  • Yoga
  • Stress cycle awareness
  • Mindful communication and interpersonal interaction

Best of all, you don’t have to be an athlete, yogi or saint to participate fully—or to realize the benefits of —the program.

All activities are tailored to be user-friendly and adaptable to most fitness levels. Although consistent practice is ideal, many have reported enormous rewards from simply integrating a few easy activities into their lives.
